River’s Journey

A river’s journey begins at its source as a small stream, winding through landscapes, gathering strength, and eventually flowing into the sea. This collection captures the essence of that journey, documenting the river’s path from source to sea. The paintings are rich in movement, texture, and color, reflecting the dynamic and ever-changing nature of the river.

From a metaphorical view, a river’s journey from a tiny stream to its grand merging with the open waters, feels a lot like the story of life itself. That’s the idea behind my encaustic painting collection, “River’s Journey.” Each piece reflects the river’s path and, in turn, our own experiences as we navigate this crazy, beautiful thing called life.  Through each painting, the river becomes not just a physical presence but a reminder of the resilience and grace that define the human spirit.

In “River’s Journey”,  I invite viewers to reflect on the river not just as a natural feature, but as a metaphor for life—ever-moving, ever-changing, and shaped by the contours of its path.
