Winter holds its own unique beauty. Unlike the vibrant colors of summer, winter possesses a more subtle palette that evokes mystery and sense of calm. A chilly breeze sweeps across my face, as I take in the beauty of a January sunset in Duxbury, Boston. Mixed media includes encaustic, pigmented shellac, oils and china market.
